to the web site of the Verdandi Male Chorus and the Scandinavian Women's Chorus of Rhode Island! Coming performances: Sunday, May 18, 2:30 p.m. Spring Concert by the Verdandi Male Chorus and the Scandinavian Women's Chorus of Rhode Island at Bethany Lutheran Church, 116 Rolfe Sq, Cranston, RI. Both choruses rehearse at the Scandinavian Home, 1811 Broad Street, Cranston, RI on Tuesday nights, 7:00 - 8:30, from September to June. We have concerts locally at least twice a year, usually in December and May. Are you a singer at heart? We heartily welcome the participation of local men and women who enjoy singing, and invite anyone interested in becoming a part of one of our groups to e-mail the chorus contact. Our repertoire is about half Swedish and half English, with a few songs in other languages. But, you do not need to know Swedish to sing it. We will help you with the pronunciation.
