The Selection of the Scholarship Recipients

If there are no Music Majors, then someone

A new applicant will receive preferential consideration over
a re-applying recipient. However, if the
Scholarship Committee deems that both candidates are equally qualified, a
decision can be made to award both candidates with a Scholarship Award.
The Scholarship Applications will be available on the AUSS website: www.auss.org. Follow the instructions on the website. There will be three Scholarship Applications on the site, one for the Eastern Division, one for the Central Division and one
for the Western Division. On the applications will be the name and address that it should be mailed back to.
If the applicant lives in the following states, they should apply to the Eastern Division representative:
New York, all New England states, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, West Virginia, North and South Carolina, and Georgia.
They should apply to the Central Division representative if they live between the above mentioned states and the Rocky Mountatins, including all Mid-West states and Florida.
